Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason your sign arrives damaged or does not meet the quality standard advertised on our website, we will replace your sign FREE of charge. Please refer to our policy below for full disclosure and terms. 

Return Policy/Cancellations

We can not allow the cancellation of an item after 12 hours as all items hit production the following day. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed.

At Renewed Solutions, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, email us at info@renewed.co.za. We will do whatever we can to replace your sign and ensure that you are satisfied.

Our money back guarantee policy does NOT apply to any of our customization signs. If you do not receive your customized sign as advertised, we will immediately replace your item. However, refunds are only provided on a case by case basis for custom items.
